ups cut off with nol oad

my single layer pcb ups auto cut off on low load. please assist the solution that it can work on low load. circuit picture is attached.

PLEASE DO NOT POST IN MORE THAN ONE SECTION OF EDABOARD. You will be banned if you do it again.

You give us no clues at all. That could be a photograph of any UPS, we need at the very least a model number and manufacturers name and preferably a schematic.

Are you saying it has a fault or that you want to modify it?
