Upper frequency capability of NE555 timer?

Can the NE555 produce a 100KHz square wave output?

The 7555 says it can do this, but the NE555 datasheet doesnt say?

I think it can go higher too, the 100KHz is shown in the datasheet graph with the capacitance/resistance values so it is definitely achievable.
