More powerful ARM7/ARM9

I use Samsung S3C4510B now. I need to upgrade to a more powerful ARM7/ARM uP. Please give some advises.

Do you need more raw processing power or more peripherals?

If the latter have look at the ARM 9 based Atmel RM9200.
