UPF for standard IO cells

Hi, I use Design Compiler and IC Compiler II for top-level designs. Do I need to write UPF for standard IO cells since they have two voltage domains (VDD and VDDPST)?
 
VDDPST drives the cells inside the IOs. It will not be going to the core, so you can ignore it during UPF encoding. You don't have to, but you can.
