Hey,
I'm trying to use ThF4, as a ARC coating in a solar cell.
Even though there is already a sopra file in the database and in the library, the REGION statement doesn't accept my MATERIAL=Thf4 statement.
even though I'm putting the sopra file for ThF4 in the MATERIAL statement.
Right after the REGION statement, it gives the error as "UNRECOGNISED MATERIAL NAME: ThF4"
So how to overcome this error? it's pretty weird why T-CAD doesn't recognise it as material even though there is already a sopra file given by them
If you know, how to resolve this error, I'd greatly appreciate it...
