i've heard "unity gain OPamp consume higher power" several times,
but couldn't figure out why.
Can anyone give me an hint about that?:?:

In order to keep a certain phase margin, unity gain opamp has the worst phase margin among all other gains of opamps. Thus, in order to keep the same phase margin as others, you need to invest more current! Thus, in that sense, it consumes more power.
