Unexpected error of AT in SMS PDU Mode+Please help

Hi All,

I tried to SMS using PIC and HyperTerminal. HyperTerminal It was successful. Both time(PIC & HyperTerminal) I monitored the replies from phone.

I can make a call by PIC but can not SMS.
When I tried from PIC phone gives Error= CMS ERROR: 304
But not in HyperTerminal.

I have attached the printscreen of my results.

Please help me to solve this.
