unable to plot graph in ltspice

x axis ltspice

dear all,
i am unable to make a plot in ltspice.like to realise nmos caracteristics we need vds on x axis and ids in y axis. every time when i run the simulation i see on x axis on time base. how could i solve my problem here.

how to plot ltspice

you're probably doing transient analysis. You need to do DC sweep (i.e. 0 to 5V for Vgs) and plot Ids as a function of Vgs. By the way, this is the transconductance, gm, of your MOS device. Either you can do Ids vs Vgs or directly plot gm. hope this helps.
