UMC 65nm Assura QRC problem

Hi
I am trying to do QRC with umc65nm.I am able to run QRC using Assura for the devices in library umc65ll EXCEPT FOR P_12_LLLVT.I am getting av_extracted file for all other transistors like N_12_LLLVT, N_12_LLHVT, P_12_LLHVT. Error popping up when I place P_12_LLLVT is ERROR-AVPXV-10019 DEVICE p_12_LLLVT DOES NOT EXIST IN DATABASE.I am unable to figure out the issue.Kindly help.
