UMC 65 NM MIM CAP

Dear UMC 65 user,

i am trying to use the MIMCAP in in my design. MIM cap has 1 metal layer for bottom plate as well as the 2nd metal layer for Top plate when i checked the layer used for layout of MIM CAP, i can only see 1metal layer . however if i check MIM cap in UMC180 nm, i found its layout has used 2 metal drawing layer. can anyone please explain where is another metal layer in UMC 65 MIM CAP.

What cell are you using for your design?
What parameters have you selected for it?
Why are you showing the list of used layers without showing the cell?

Based on the information you provided, I can see that MMCBP and MMCTP layers (most likely they are MIM capacitor Bottom Plate and Top Plates respectively) are presented in the layout...
