Do you guys know where is to be connected the third terminal of yhis resistor?

VDD por GND? I tried both, but the resultado was pretty close when compared.

Kind regards!

I have not PDK under my hand, but if I good remember, it is a poly resistor in nwell (RNW?), so should be connected to vdd. I could check it tommorow.

I would appreciate that. However, I have been told that I could identify that looking at the layout. But because it is the first time I am using this PDK and I have not yet explored the layout part, I would not like to spend some time on doing that.

So, if someone could give me this tip, I appreciate.

Just to confirm, the resistor is: RNHR1000_MML130E (Mixed Mode resistor). HR I think means High Resistance, and from my knowledge, the only type of resistance that can have higher value is the poly type resistors. RN, don't know what means.

Please, someone confirm that.

Kind regards and thank you in advance.

Dominik, I have found this: http://www.espros.ch/documents/10156/b4fa781d-dcb0-47c7-a0ac-e4df0d94a448. In page 13 you can see this: High resistance Poly resistor - RNHR

Very helpfull this file. There are other types of resistors that I had some doubts.

Can someone confirm this?

Regards.

Hi. No I didn't forget, but I misread your thread. I have an access to TSMC not UMC.

Did You check in resistor properties that is a choice between nwell and substrate? Maybe You are able to choose biasing for this node?
