Ulti board vs Eagle Pro

Hello,
Anybody who understands the basic structure of a PCB and who can use a windows computer, can use Eagle Pro to produce PCBs....thats for definite.
Its not definite with other PCB packages.

How does Ulti Board compare to Eagle Pro in terms of ease of use.?

Like all software it's only as good as the person using it, and they vary greatly from useless to magnificent...
Personally Eagle Pro is a bit dated....
