Any body have uITron Tutorial ? How to use and program with it ?

uitron source code

A general tutorial on RTOS is enough, then what you should do is to refer the uItron user manual

It's a little hard to understand the uItron. Nucleus is not easy operating system and uItron is the variant from Nucleus.

Even the uItron is more complex , the basic concept is the same, so just learn the basic function first , and research the advanced feature when you need to.

Hard man , is you think the manual book of uItron is like eCos , RT-Linux or uCOSII that's well documented.

I don't want to talk the uItron is easy or hard, If you think the uItron is hard to use, then you should change you decision, for example, eCos, RT-Linux uCOSII which are well documented, like what you said.
Don't compare yourself with others, every person has different background. Always choose the way best fit you.

Kernel is very hard to understand , i'm not jenius to porting eCos , RtLinux or uCos to MIPS machine (actually i'm using for NEC EMMA2LL development) the uITron is really large and good solution but hard to understand. How if it cause bug ?

uITron is not open source. so no source code.

If you bought the OS, don't worry, you can get training and technical support from the supplier, as commercial RTOS, the uItron should be robust.
