Dear edaboard community,

I would like to ask you what is the typical integrated L and C values at 10 GHz resonance frequency in a parallel LC oscillator.

Here is the topology that I am going to use,

Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Pablo Marco

C>>Maximum as high as Possible
L>> Minimum as low as possible

To obtain low losses and good Phase Noise. You can arrange the component values in regard of this consideration.
Don't forget Cds stray capacitances too. Extract those from total cap value.

Start with the formula to find LC resonant frequency. It's a useful tool although frequency may be changed to an extent by neighboring resistance.

Try simulating using various LC ratios. Once you get oscillations going, continue playing with values until frequency matches your spec.
