TX and RX using one Optical fiber?

Is there any fiber in which TX and RX is using one Optical Fiber? If yes please give its details a bit..

You can transmit TX on one wave length and RX on different wave length and multiplex them to one optical fiber, or you can use so called PPLED (ping-pong LED) - see some details here:
