Hi,
Has anyone done a Two Transistor Forward with a hi voltage reset so can do D>0.5?

Our Vin is 200V....our transformer is 1:1....so we can only get 100V at output with D max'd at 0.5.....say we want
130Vout...we can then have a diode isolated bias supply, into which the primary drives when the fet is off. (so it gets reset)
Has anyone done this? Are their chips available for it?, or is it "role your own"?
At least there wouldnt be much power to suck out of the hi voltage reset rail.

Our output is 10A.

Resonant reset will do this for you - no worries ! however 130 Vout, requires 200V for 65% on ( min, there will be losses ), and therefore only 35% for off time

so the reset volts with be Vin + 372V = 572, so an 700 or 800V fet needed

easy peasy
