Tutorials for Cadence IC 5 where are they?

Are there any tutorials to learn the schematic design entry included with the IC 5, theres so many i dnono where to start. I want to quickly learn how to draw schematics, symbols and simulate.

Run cdsdoc, it will bring up a menu for all the documents. Find the user's guide, it usually contains the tutorial for the tool you're interested in.
