Tutorial for test architecture

Hi all,

I am trying to do coverage test and the only tool that I have is verifault.

However, I do not have any knowledge on how to use it i.e. what are the command syntax etc and what is the expected output from verifault.

Please advise where I can get a manual for verifault.

PS: I have searched cadence website, but could not find any manual for it.

You can find those documents under tool installation directory.

Thanks a lot.

But, I went into the directory, however, unfortunately, there is no pdf files there.
I saw lots of files with the extension .obk and one with .mtd

But, they don't open with acroread.

Could you upload the manual or give me a link to download it?

Hi, kindly advice where I can get a piece of this verifault xl software, it is not available for download on the internet.
