Tutorial for overlapped i/o with C++ ( MFC )

Hello!

i am trying to write a class in C++ (with MFC) to communicate to serial port.
I want to do it with a lector thread and with overlapped I/O but I am going crazy because the tutorials i have found are very difficult to follow.
Please if someone know any good tutorial, give me a link please!!!!!!
