Assumption:
Presented here device was designed to be useful while winding transformers, and you want to focus on the correct arrangement of turns on the transformer. It is extremely helpful when you want to wind a large number of turns and you do not want to count them by yourself.

Description:
Schematic of the electronic part can be easily downloaded from the Internet. When you face the problem when at one turn of the crank it indicated two turns, you have to put a ceramic capacitor 100nF at the switch of the winder.
