Hi friends,
I need to convert a TTL (UART) signal into fiber optic output using a 1x9 transceiver module (AFBR-5803).
Please suggest a suitable level shifter IC to convert the single end TTL to differential output.

Hope this module will accept PECL I/O. I need a single chip TTL-PECL and PECL-TTL converter IC as per the attached image. I don't know which IC is used in the DFrobot, but I need the same kind of circuit.

Is it possible to use LVDS transceiver for my application, ex.. DS90LV019TMTCX.

Thanks in advance

LVDS receiver can work, depending on the common mode range, check datasheet. LVDS driver has wrong common mode voltage and slightly too low differential magnitude, better use PECL driver. AC coupling might be an option if the signal is DC-free.
