If you plan to tapeout in TSMC, you can download the PDK from its website. But, if you only want use it to lean EDA tools, you can use the free GPDK provided by Cadence software package.

tsmc 90nm design kit and start cds

I think in cadence there is a tools to translate the model's type.

spice 180nm free download

it is very difficult or impossible to translate between spectre and hspice. you may spend a lot of effort but the resultant model is far away from accurate and useless. try to get the right model directly from somewhere or just forget about it

free download of tsmc 180nm pdk

Who can upload a new gpdk (Cadence general purpose design kit) for 180nm or 90nm?
Better would be CDK (Cadence Complete Design Kit)? :D
They should be free according to Cadence but I can't download them.

BTW, the newest TSMC design uses more than 100Mbytes!

Hai,

Call the Cadence AE or register yourself on sourcelink.cadence.com and you can download the kits yourself.
The GPDK Kit is Best I have seen from any EDA Comp.
Cadence always give Good to its customer.

gpdk 180nm only for cadence

okguy you can go to crete.cadence.com to download it.
