can .18um CMOS using in VDD=3.3V?
thanks,what's is the breakdown condition?
 

AS per my understanding about TSMC 0.18 um . you cannot use 3.3 V supply Voltage. There are option to use higher supply voltage than 1.8 V but in that case your length will change to 0.25 um.
