Hello!

I would like to ask what are the units (fF/sq microns or aF/sq microns?) of these parameters, area and fringe capacitance of the PIP.

ca_pip=8.643E-4 cf_pip=8.2E-11

Thank you!

Neither - nor, it's given in SI System units:

ca_pip=8.643E-4 F/m2 = 0.8643 fF/(µm)2 (the area dependent cap.)

cf_pip=8.2E-11 F/m = 0.082 fF/µm = 82 aF/µm (the fringe-dependent cap.)
