0.18 process flow

Hi All,

I will work on TSMC 0.18um, but I need some documentation about the process flow and the different layers. Can I find these docs ??

you can find some on the mosis or TSMC' web
 

u can get these from TSMC, but u need sign keeping-secret agreement with TSMC.
