I want to create a database library for my components in altium. I can't find much in the way of tutorials. I am struggling to understand the altium example ie their example capacitor database. I don't understand. I can get this database to link to altium but I don't understand how the links know what specific schematic to use and what foot print to use. I am pulling my hair out right now!!!
