trying to find the center of an available gain circle

How do you get C3 = 0.6253 mag /52.56 degrees, I tried to use the center equation as shown below and on https://eceweb1.rutgers.edu/~orfanidi/ewa/ch14.pdf (14.11.4, see below). when I plug and chug into c, I get g = 0.405, C1 = -0.54+0.17i, and D1 = 0.36, which yields -0.19-0.06i = 0.2 mag / -162.6 degrees, not 0.6253 mag / 52.56 degrees, what variable did I get wrong? Thanks
