Hello
I want to download MPLAB to compile programs for dsPIC
in download session ,there are 6 options . which one is the complete compiler?

The Microchip MPLAB and MPLAB X are IDEs and normally do not come with a compiler, although if you wish to use a GUI frontend when developing code you'll one or the other.

MPLAB® X Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

The compatible compilers for dsPIC series are the Microchip C30 or XC16.

I personally use the MPLAB with C30 as the MPLAB X and XC16 have relatively recently come out of beta and are still a little unstable in my opinion.

Therefore, you'll need to select and download a version of the IDE and compiler, you should also consider your current operating system when making the selection.
