Dear Friends,
I have attached circuit diagram of Clapper Circuit herewith..
I am having problems with my Circuit..

The LED attached to IC1 glows anytime..
I have also checked for any short connections, but couldn't find any..

Is there anything wrong with the Condenser Microphone?

Pls help me with the solution of this problem
