can i control the below triac board using uC?
Is it by making the 12V on/off ?

Hello ,
looks like the 12V input is the control input of the board , so i believe your assumption is correct
and in this case you can control with with a uC by controlling a relay that connect 12 VDC

Yes you can. Just pay attention on triac dissipation and temperature, because there is no heatsink.

so.
i have to connect uC to mosfet and mosfet to this board 12V isnt it ?

You can even lower resistor value for optotriac diode and use 5V instead 12V.

Transistor drive optotriac:

The resistor value for optotriac diode in my board is 220R, to what value should i lower ?

yes,
after some calculations,
i didnt modified anything
i connected the 12V directly

it worked !!!

Why would you need the transistor? You could directly drive the opto LED from your microcontroller.
