I'm looking for a component that acts as a tri-gate switch. I could make this out of 2 BJT transistors and some resistors, however I would rather purchase a single device since I will be needing 50+ switches for my final project. The component will need to be able to pass and receive ~120mA.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You might be able to use a tri-state buffer, which provides a output in 3 states. High, low and disconnected.

Maybe you could explain what you mean by a "Tri-gate
switch". I've never seen this term used.
