Hello

Wherever we get electric field and magnetic filed, can we expect radiation?

In a single word, yes.

To be more accurate, you get radiation with time-varying electric/magnetic fields.

Thank you for your reply.then why there is a negligible amount of radiation takes place(time varying fields) in the case of transmission line and enormous radiation occur in the case of antenna?

You design an antenna to radiate on purpose. Usually you don't want to do this with transmission lines. There are some ways to avoid radiation, like confining the wave to a medium such as a coaxial cable or a waveguide. In a microstrip usually you don't want radiation, but if you design it carelessly you may end up with an unwanted antenna...

In the case of two parallel wire as the spacing between the two wires are very small where most of the electric fields are concentrated and hence negiigible radiation takes place and in the case of antenna no such space restriction for electric field, hence radiation is good. Is it correct
