i have bought all the components to make radio transmitter and receiver.but i am week at basics i dont know which factor cause effect on transmission.i mean which decides transmission range
 

Go and study the basics first. Without knowledge you are like a guy who bought a truckload of auto parts but never saw a running car under hood.

By the way it s also illegal to transmit radio signals without a license.
