0.25um technology manual
In designing a MOS common-source LNAusing inductively generated method, the manual analysis mentioned on calculating Q of inductor.
Q=square_root(1+1/p) where p=sigma*squared(alpha)/5*gamma
Looking into 0.25um technology, can't find the value of alpha. How do we get this?
