Transistor not working as a pass transistor

Hi to all.,
I have designed one transistor (Schottky Barrier CNTFET) in spice model,
it was working good and all logic combinations were fine with my new
designed transistor. Now, when i configured the transistor as a pass transistor,
it was not working good.

what may be the reason for this ??

Please give some suggestions.

Maybe, the configuration of clock to the transistor has to be done with reference to phase difference or maybe substrate grounding can be one of the problem..

Hi,

A single transistor cant be used as a effective pass transistor... because it has Vth drop... so try to use "TRANSMISSION gate" ...
