Hi all, i want to ask for help.
I want to design a simple Low Noise Amplifier using transistor (either BJT or FET or PHEMT, etc).
I'm using Agilent Genesys 2009. After assembling the circuit parts, I tried to run the Linear Analysis then I wanted to plot the graph (say Smith Chart or else). The problem when I was doing it, is there is "NO DATA" warning. I tried to change the transistor (arbitrarily) and the chart appeared.
If I want to use the first transistor, what additional steps I should do? Perhaps the model, s2p or else? where can i find the needed resources?
Thanks in advance..
