It depends on the output power, phase noise and so on. Here two possibilities:
BFP0405 (Infineon, ST, Agilent) for power up to 0dBm, low cost, lower noise
NE3210S01 (NEC, CEL) for up to 20dBm, higer power, also for higher frequencies
