bc547 equivalent

Hi,

is there anyone who can tell me a site or a way to find BC327C and BD136 equivalent in SMD package?

bc547 transistor equivalent

Hi fuzzzy
Hope this make things clearer!

BC327-40/BC337-40 == SMT BC808-40/818-40

BD136 == SMT SOT32 BD136

regards ... Polymath

BC547 is low voltage general purpose transistor. Any SMD equivalent will do.

bc547 smd

I suggest a google search.

I found smd for both very easily.

Have a GOOD look yourself.
