Transistor based VCO design!!

Can anybody give me the design of VCO which can generate frequencies of 925-970MHZ & 1805-1880 MHz
please give circuit which are tested(more preferable)......

search dual band vco in ieeexplore.... you will find many results
 

I should point out the obvious, that the 2nd frequency band is roughly double the first one.

You could make one higherband vco, and divide by 2. Conversely, you could make the lower band vco, and double its frequency.
