I am looking for a transistor array IC ,like ULN2003 but not darlignton, BJT or anyway small gain a gain of just 10 or UP to 500 is limit

4 /6/8 transistor are enought

ok most probably will go with ULN2001D , its ntoe the perfect choice but alternatives are minimun and non good anyway
i found ULN2001"D" in chinese suppliers where are 8pin !! thats 3 transistor and cost 5cents

intresting is that there is NO western manufacturer or supplier for them!
another intresting fact is that these "D" 2001 HAVE 2.7kΩμ in base AND a 4kΩμ as a pull down ?! so there are not "Exactly" 2001

anyway thanx all
