Transient thermal responce for power dissipation in POWER IC

I am unable to find out how the junction temperature of a IC varies with time if the power dissiapted by the IC is also varying with time.
Majority data avilable is for steady state temperature calculation.
In my IC i have power represented by following equation
P(t)=1.68-.00033*t
0<t<3137s
θja for the package is 150 C/W
