transformer less power supply design for 3 phase auto switch

hello , i want transformer less power supply in my design . so i did below circuit. but when i given supply to my circuit the phase balancing is not behave properly at output of bridge i get 2 volt instead of getting0 volt there some reverse current flow and did not get auto switch output what i desired please help me its really urjant
below i gave my power supply and 3phase balancing circuit
