Transfer Function of a simple Circuit using Simulink

I have a simple circuit for which I just need to obtain transfer function using Simulink. I have attached the image below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

Is Simulink a requirement? Otherwise, you could try it by "hand calculation".

I would Manually calculate but I would like to do it Simulink as I have to replicate this in much larger circuits, and also I'm trying to improve my Simulink Skills
