Where can I take a well-known training course on hardware design (fpga, vhdl, digital design, system design...) that may lead me to get a job as a hardware designer? (in Europe)

you should contact one of the main FPGA Vendor representives - usually this coureses are tailored for specific vendor devices.

i don't think u will find one course that includes all of these stuff
u can find more details about courses in the sites of kit or software tools vendors
they usually last for a few days about a certain topic by itself
chk sites of xilinx, altera, cadence, mentor, synopsys, etc.
