Hi ,
Is there ratio between track width wrt current flowing?

I assume you are talking whether there is relation between trace widths and the current flowing in it. Yes there is, as for me, the greater the amount of current in a net, the wider the trace should be, and if current is smaller, you can make the trace width thinner.

Better check this site, this is a trace width calculator:

hi,

In that calculator what is Conductor thickness [oz. per sq. ft]?Is it cupper thickness
which 50microns in my PCB?

Enter Conductor Thickness: [oz. per sq. ft.]

1 ounce per (sq. foot) = 0.305151727 kg / m2
Typical copper thicknesses are:
0.5oz (17.5µm), 1oz (35µm), 2oz (70µm), 3oz (105µm)
