Hello, good time
I am looking for the s2p file of the TQP4M3018 switch. I searched many sites but I couldn't find it. I would be grateful if someone could send me the s2p or spice file available.

There are some curves including Insertion Loss and Return Loss.
S-parameters are not necessary. SPICE Model is not available for RF switches because they are not nonlinear elements.

S2P data files are 2 port frequency domain models and there is no time domain data. So, you can have a model for the ON/through state of the switch or the OFF/open state of the switch. It is not possible to represent both the ON and OFF states of a single switch together in a single s-parameter simulation with such a model.
