I am looking for the s2p file of the TQP4M3018 switch. I searched many sites but I couldn't find it. I would be grateful if someone could send me the s2p or spice file available.

What do we need to use to model the switch in ADS software?

S2P data files are 2 port frequency domain models and there is no time domain data. So, you can have a model for the ON/through state of the switch or the OFF/open state of the switch. It is not possible to represent both the ON and OFF states of a single switch together in a single s-parameter simulation with such a model.

Yes, you can use this with component "SPDT_Static" from the System - Switch component palette.
This can take values at 3 frequency points, with interpolation between the frequencies.
