tlc555 touch circuit

Dear All,
I need Touch Switch sircuit
-Simple
-Only need one straight of metal
please help me.

you can use TI's TLC555 circfuit to construct one shot circuit,

then connect a high value resistor (such as 1M) between

VCC and trigger input, then trigger input can function as a

touch input.

I had try TLC555 with 1M resistor between VCC and triger pin. and the result is like as I need. Thanks Funster. but i still have a question, how about the realibility of this circuit??
