It’s a garbate made device.
Assumptions were very simple – it should work, and for free 
As I don’t have any turnery device I need to made reel by myself… I took plates from old 3,5” drive. As a weld I used poxiline. As a wire fence I used a part of pen, cut it and spin with temperature… poxiline is as a antiplasticer. To count rpm I glued magnet from phone speaker.

At fence side of reel I glued drive belt from cassette deck, reel is placed on 3 engines from cassette decks and drive directly from them.

Core roller I made by putting flat rubber to engines without magnets.

Drive for roller is from car – toy and worm-gear from cd.

As a impulse counter I used calculator. Everyone knows that sequence trick +1=====..=
I used all calculator, and it’s helpful with computing.

Appearance wasn’t important. That was not the point…besides it’s garbage construction so hard to find it esthetic.
Of course it’s a amateur construction and you can’t compare that with professional device, worth $$, but it work vell. After some tests I know that bigger gear would be nice and core roller drive shout be more stiff.
When I was making pictures I didn’t have any free core that’s why I shown that on isolating tape.
At the movie you can hear some noise – it is because rear roller thought out from bearing.
Another movie is without that problem.
