Currently, i am doing research on CMOS bandpass filter using RF 13.56MHz. How do i know how many order is suitable? What type of topology is suitable?

CMOS bandpass filter

what 's your BW ? 13.56MHz is your centere frequency , And How many dB do you want ??

CMOS bandpass filter

Actually, I am very new in this area. I set my quality factor as 10, thus BW is 1.3MHz. May i know how to get dB.

Today, I have read journal on 2.5GHz inductorless RF Bandpass Filter. They applied gyrator-C inductor topology, biquadratic bandpass filter. I don't really understand it. Is it suitable to used for my research?

I have read switched-capacitor method as well but that is not suitable for RF 13.56MHz. How do you think?

CMOS bandpass filter

Hi. if i'm not mistaken, the dB is roll-off gain and it depends on your system requirements.
